Mean Girls Musical Heads to Segerstrom in Orange County in March

Mean Girls is a 2004 teen comedy written by Tina Fey and starring Lindsay Lohan and Rachel McAdams. It was a hit with critics and fans and became a pop culture phenomenon. Fey would later work on a musical adaptation, and it debuted on Broadway in April 2018. Soon, fans and musical lovers will get to experience the high school musical in Orange County, California, this year.
Mean Girls follows a teenager from the African savanna, and she’ll face her biggest obstacle yet… high school. The musical is getting its first national tour, and it’s headed to Segerstrom Center for the Arts from March 7 – 19, 2023. It’s directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw, produced by Lorne Michaels, Stuart Thompson, Sonia Friedman, and Paramount Pictures, and features a book by Tina Fey, music by Jeff Richmond, and lyrics by Nell Benjamin.
Starring in the national tour is English Bernhardt as Cady Heron, Nadina Hassan as Regina George, Jasmine Rogers as Gretchen Wieners, Morgan Ashley Bryant as Karen Smith, Lindsay Heather Pearce as Janis Sarkisian, Eric Huffman as Damian Hubbard, Adante Carter as Aaron Samuels, Caleb Mathura as Kevin G., Heather Ayers as Mrs. Heron/Ms. Norbury/Mrs. George., Lawrence E. Street as Mr. Duvall and Adriana Scalice as Standby for Cady, Regina, and Janis.
Rounding out the rest are Wesley J.
