Wakanda Forever is the next film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and with the passing of Chadwick Boseman, who will take the mantle of Black Panther? We’ve been teased that there is a new Black Panther, and with the new poster and trailer coming out today, signs are slowly pointing to a particular Marvel character.

The new poster shows Letitia Wright as Shuri front and center. In the trailer, we see Black Panther with a slender frame, and Shuri has a similar thin frame. Also, the character has been Black Panther in the Marvel comic books, so it shouldn’t be surprising to see her take the mantle.

Check out the image of the outfit below. It features a black suit with gold designs and white dots on the face.

Looking at Shuri’s warpaint in Black Panther, you’ll notice the same white dot design.

The previous trailer has been an homage to the passing of T-Challa, who was played by Chadwick Boseman. The actor passed away due to cancer back in 2020.

The new poster features two worlds, one above ground in Wakanda and one on the water featuring Namor and his people.
