D23 Expo: See Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Toy Story Realm in New Trailer

Disney Dreamlight Valley is now available for Xbox Game Pass users and Early Access users, and soon Gameloft and Disney will be releasing a new realm in the world of Toy Story. Today during D23 Expo at the Disney and Marvel Games Showcase, the trailer shows off the upcoming Toy Story realm and characters like Buzz Lightyear and Woody.

The game’s second update has the player’s avatar transformed into the size of toys in the realm. Once they bring Woody and Lightyear into their Dreamlight Valley, the cowboy and space ranger will be the size of the toys.

As for the first update, it will be coming out this Fall and will feature The Lion King’s Scar and other surprises.

Check out our review of the game here.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is a free-to-play game that is like a cross between Animal Crossing and The Sims but with Disney characters. Players can customize their avatar with different body types, hair, outfits, and etc, giving them the option of becoming a Disney princess or prince. Players can earn outfits and furniture in the game. There is a season pass in the Event tab where the game is monetized, so it isn’t intrusive. The player’s neighborhood can be customized where you can place Disney characters’ houses in different parts of the area.
