Peacemaker Comes to Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood

John Cena’s The Peacemaker was one of the members of Task Force X in The Suicide Squad, a film written and directed by James Gunn. The DC character wants peace, even if it means eliminating people to achieve it. Now he has his own series, which made its debut last week on HBO Max. It continues the story of Christopher Smith, aka the Peacemaker, as he tries to turn over a new leaf. For fans who can’t get enough of the crazy DC character, Peacemaker has arrived at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood.

The installation popped up at the exhibit on January 6, 2022. Those with tickets to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood will get to see the new installation featuring props and costumes from the series.

The Peacemaker installation is located to the right of the front entrance of the Warner Bros. Studios Tour Hollywood near the sales counter. Furthermore, it features a giant banner of the DC character and his teammates.

Peacemaker’s Outfit

The Peacemaker installation features the titular character’s uniform complete with blue gloves, a red shirt, beige pants, and a chrome helmet.

The installation has three different Peacemaker helmets: Itchy Ban, Screwdriver, and Underwater World. The Underwater World would seem to be an underwater breathing device. Itchy Ban is likely referencing Ichiban, which means number one in Japanese, and we’re betting it’s going to cause a lot of pain for Peacemaker’s enemies with the spikes. Lastly, the Screwdriver helmet has a fin from the left to the right.

About Peacemaker

Synopsis: Peacemaker explores the continuing story of the character that John Cena reprises in the aftermath of Gunn’s 2021 film “The Suicide Squad” – a compellingly vainglorious man who believes in peace at any cost, no matter how many people he has to kill to get it.

The first three episodes of the DC spin-off series premiered Thursday, January 13. One episode will launch weekly thereafter through February 17.

Gunn wrote all eight episodes of Peacemaker and directed five, including the first. Gunn, Peter Safran and Matt Miller serve as executive producers on the series, with Cena as co-executive producer. Based on characters from DC, PEACEMAKER is produced by Gunn’s Troll Court Entertainment and The Safran Company in association with Warner Bros. Television.
