Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Poster Arrives Before Trailer Launch

The Sonic the Hedgehog movie had a bumpy road, especially when the hedgehog was first revealed to the public. After some fixes and the release of the film, it was met with positive reactions from fans and critics. This was great news since Paramount proceeded to go ahead with a sequel. Today, the poster has been released featuring the titular character, his sidekick Tails, and the dastardly Dr. Robotnik.

Check out the new poster below.

With the release of the poster, it’s also been announced that the trailer will be launching tomorrow during The Game Awards. Jim Carrey and Ben Schwartz, who plays Dr. Robotnik and Sonic, respectively, will be making an appearance on the show. The Game Awards begins tomorrow, December 9, at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET.
