Mobile game Attack on Titan TACTICS releases special Halloween event

Attack on Titan TACTICS, an officially licensed mobile game that’s based on the popular hit anime series “Attack on Titan,” is getting into the Halloween spirit with the release of Halloween-themed character costumes for the mobile game. The special in-game awards and events are now available to all players.

This special Halloween event will feature popular characters Reiner Braun, Jean Kirschtein, Annie Leonhart, Bertholdt Hoover, and other characters, and they are all dressed up in some delightfully scary Halloween costumes. Players will get the opportunity to complete event stages that will have them collecting spooky cookies, which they can then use to add Reiner (Midnight Reaper) to their team.

In addition to the Midnight Reaper Reiner, there will be several Midnight Visions Gacha costumes made available for Jean Kirschtein (Midnight Reaper), Annie Leonhart (Midnight Onlooker), and Bertholdt Hoover (Midnight Messenger). This Gacha costumes will be made available for players to unlock.

Attack On Titan Tactics was released a little over a month ago in the U.S., Canada, and Australia, but it has been available in Japan for the last six months. To celebrate this prestigious half-year anniversary, players will be able to obtain up to 500 crystals and a number of large experience gems, for when they log in for 15 days during the special event. Along with the 500 crystals, a special half-year anniversary Gacha will be available, that will give players once a day, 10 attempts to recruit new troops to their team for free. Recruiting new troops will require in-game tickets that can be obtained from the Midnight vision Gacha or by completing half-year anniversary missions.

Attack on Titan TACTICS a real-time strategy and tower defense game allows players to build and deploy their team of scouts to protect their base from the ongoing onslaught of “Titans.” The game brings in fan-favorite characters such as Eren Jaeger, Mikasa Ackermann, Captain Levi, and much more. The game follows the story of the first season of the hit anime show.

The mobile game is available on both iOS and Android devices as a free-to-start game with in-app purchases.
