Cooler Master releases limited edition SK650 and SK630 keyboards

Cooler Master released a new SK mechanical keyboard series a few months ago. It must have been very successful because they are now releasing a limited edition SK650 and SK630 in white. The black variant already looks gorgeous, and this limited edition white version is the icing on the cake. The SK series are mechanical keyboards with Cherry MX low profile switches. They provide a reduced travel distance and actuation point, but functions the same as the standard red switch.

“Earlier this year we created the SK series with design and functionality in mind and now we are excited to offer the series in sleek white to further allow our users to stand out from the crowd, said Bryant Nguyen, Peripheral General Manager.

The SK650 and SK630 are future prepped USB Type-C and provides tons of customization. The on-the-fly controls is a particularly great feature for this series. All the customization of lighting, macros, effects, and on-the-fly controls can be created easily with Cooler Masters Portal software application. They do have several other variants of the SK series, like the SK621 review that was posted 2 months ago. That one was also Bluetooth and much smaller.

These limited edition SK650 white and SK630 white released last week on July 2, 2019. You can find them at select retailers such as Amazon and Newegg. The pricing varies depending on the variant but is between $139.99 and $159.99. The SK650 being the full size keyboard, and the SK630 being the tenkeyless keyboard. For more information on the Cooler Master SK series, visit
