The Powerpuff Girls: Monkey Mania launcher game coming this fall

The Powerpuff Girls: Monkey Mania

The Powerpuff Girls has been around since 1998 (1995 if you count What a Cartoon!), and it has spawned video games and animated reboot in 2016. The franchise is continuing on with a new launcher game, The Powerpuff Girls: Monkey Mania, from Kongregate, Cartoon Network, and developer Juicy Beast (Burrito Bison: Launcha Libre). The game will be released later this year, and it will capture the art style of the cartoons as you try to stop the bad guys from wreaking havoc in Townsville.

The Powerpuff Girls: Monkey Mania will feature many characters from the series, and there will be four playable characters as they defeat their enemies and monkey minions. In Juicy Beast’s Burrito Bison: Launcha Libre, you fling the playable character onto enemies. The objective is to defeat the baddies by landing on them and then bouncing back up to land on more enemies. If you land on the ground, the game ends. With the Powerpuff Girls, expect Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup to bounce and defeat all types of monkey minions.

Synopsis: Mojo Jojo is up to no good again, this time harnessing his wicked Chemical-Xtractor to steal The Powerpuff Girls’ powers and use them to generate a massive army of evil gummy monkeys. Despite losing their powers, The Powerpuff Girls must fight back against this new gummy menace in addition to the villains that are now wreaking havoc in Townsville.
