Hear Mark Hamill as Chucky in Child’s Play ‘Peekaboo’ clip

Child's Play Mark Hamill

Child’s Play is coming out in theaters later this month, and it’s a reimagining of the classic horror series following a deadly doll named Chucky. Chucky has been very mysterious, and there isn’t much shown in the trailers and posters. Orion Pictures has released a new clip, “Peekaboo,” that features Chucky playing a game of hide-and-seek with Andy. He’s still nowhere to be seen, but we do get to hear Mark Hamill voicing the deadly toy as he terrorizes poor little Andy.

Synopsis: A contemporary re-imagining of the 1988 horror classic, Child’s Play follows Karen (Aubrey Plaza), a single mother who gifts her son Andy (Gabriel Bateman) a Buddi doll, unaware of its more sinister nature.

The film is directed by Lars Klevberg and written by Tyler Burton Smith. It’s produced by Seth Graham-Smith and David Katzenberg and stars Aubrey Plaza, Brian Tyree Henry, Gabriel Bateman and Mark Hamill as the voice of Chucky.

Child’s Play hits theaters on June 21, 2019.
