Ant-Man and The Wasp director confirms filming has finished

Ant-Man and The Wasp director Peyton Reed has confirmed that as of November 19, 2017, the film has wrapped principal photography. The film is currently set to release on J, ly 6, 2018 and looks to be on track for the opening, giving it a full 7 and a half months to complete post-production.

Ant-Man and The Wasp filmed in Atlanta, Georgia, with a set photo released by JustJared which showcased the 2 main stars in their outfits.

Ant-Man and The Wasp will star Paul Rudd as Scott Lang, Evangeline Lilly as Hope van Dyne, Michael Pena as Luis, Laurence Fishburne as Bill Foster, Randall Park as Jimmy Woo, Michael Douglas as Hank Pym, and Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne.

Ant-Man synopsis: Forced out of his own company by former protégé Darren Cross, Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) recruits the talents of Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), a master thief just released from prison. Lang becomes Ant-Man, trained by Pym and armed with a suit that allows him to shrink in size, possess superhuman strength and control an army of ants. The miniature hero must use his new skills to prevent Cross, also known as Yellowjacket, from perfecting the same technology and using it as a weapon for evil.
