Hugh Jackman has turned millions of people into fans of Wolverine, and soon he’ll be getting more people into musicals with his upcoming film, The Greatest Showman. Fox has released a new trailer featuring Jackman as P.T. Barnum as he struggles with creating the greatest show on earth.

In the trailer, we get to see Jackman’s Barnum confronting people who are out to tear him down, Zendaya’s and Efron’s characters falling in love, and the bearded lady feeling insignificant. So far it looks to be a heartwarming story of overcoming the odds, acceptance and perseverance, so be sure to bring tissues into the theaters. And if you’re a fan of La La Land, the music for the film is done by the La La Land lyricists.

Inspired by the imagination of P.T. Barnum, The Greatest Showman is an original musical that celebrates the birth of show business & tells of a visionary who rose from nothing to create a spectacle that became a worldwide sensation.

The film is directed by Michael Gracey from a screenplay by Jenny Bicks and Bill Condon and story by Jenny Bicks. It stars Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron, Michelle Williams, Rebecca Ferguson, and Zendaya. It will feature original songs by lyricists of La La Land, Benj Pasek & Justin Paul.

The Greatest Showman hits theaters on December 20, 2017.
