The Evil Within 2 gets a new gameplay trailer

The Evil Within 2

The first The Evil Within game received positive reviews and did well enough in sales to warrant a sequel. Now a new gameplay trailer has been released for The Evil Within 2. Here we get a taste of the story involving Sebastian Castellanos and his search for his daughter… and of course the evil monsters and the nightmare world that surround him. Makeup and Vanity Set’s “Telescreen” song is used in the trailer, and it is used to great effect thanks to its upbeat and heavy beat. It’s definitely getting me pumped for the final game.

Synopsis: As Sebastian Castellanos, you will face unimaginable terrors as you fight to find your daughter within the nightmare of STEM and get her out safely before the entire system crumbles around you. On top of the hideous creatures that roam the streets, you’ll also have to contend with the likes of Stefano and Theodore – twisted individuals who have made their horrific homes inside of STEM and are warping the weakened world to suit their wills. Should the world be completely destroyed, there won’t be any escape for Sebastian or Lily.

The Evil Within 2 will be available on the most fitting day of all, Friday the 13th, in October 2017. Get ready to confront monsters on your PlayStation 4, Xbox One or PC.
