Wonder Woman in 4DX at Regal Cinema L.A. Live

Wonder Woman
Immersion is the keyword here. And if you are interested in feeling all the punches and the wisping bullet trails, then you should check out Wonder Woman at Regal Cinema L.A. Live in 4DX. We did not come into this blind. In fact, we already watched the movie in standard 2D prior. Once you get over the feeling of someone kicking your seat from behind, the 4DX special effects will make sure you are fighting alongside Wonder Woman herself.

4DX Isn’t for Everyone

I will admit that the 4DX experience is not for everyone because of the high distraction factor. After a bit of adjustment, I felt that the best immersion occurred in scenes with wide open spaces where the fresh breeze kicks in. There is a fast reminder that you are in a 4DX theater. Especially the part where Wonder Woman is getting hit in the kidney and your chair is making sure that you are feeling it too. You’ll think, “Wow, that Wonder Woman can sure take a beating,” as you walk out of that 4DX theater clutching your back.

Synopsis: Before she was Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, Diana meets an American pilot (Chris Pine) who tells her about the massive conflict that’s raging in the outside world. Convinced that she can stop the threat, Diana leaves her home for the first time. Fighting alongside men in a war to end all wars, she finally discovers her full powers and true destiny.
