Spider-Man: Homecoming gets new trailers and posters

Spider-Man: Homecoming
Sony has released a bunch of new trailers and posters for its upcoming film, Spider-Man: Homecoming. These include two trailers (official trailer #3 and international) and two posters.

The first trailer is the Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer #3. Spider-Man is seen testing out a new suit from Tony Stark, and it’s very high tech. There’s a montage of Spidey taking out the bad guys. However, even that can get boring for the wall crawler. That all changes when he confronts a bunch of goons using new and dangerous weapons. Check out the trailer below.

The international trailer starts off with Peter Parker vlogging in his Spider-Man suit during the Captain America: Civil War battle. It then cuts to him in a hotel room, continuing to talk about the event. The video is cut short when he hears knocking. Peter then does a back flip and acts normal as he greets Happy Hogan. However, Happy tells him that the walls are thin.

The trailer then reveals a bit more of the story where Peter finds out that someone has been collecting things from the Avengers battle and using them to create weapons. Of course, Tony Stark doesn’t want Peter getting involved.

For those wondering about Peter’s potential love interest, we see a shot of Laura Harrier as Liz Allan coming in for a kiss.

Poster #1

The first poster features Spider-Man, Vulture, and Iron Man. Here we get to see a very detailed look at Spider-Man’s outfit as he does one of his classic Spidey poses. The Vulture is looking menacing with the large mechanized wings. In addition, the Avengers Tower can be seen in the background.

Poster #2

The next poster features more of the cast. Even The Shocker (Logan Marshall-Green) with his special weapon makes an appearance.

Synopsis: Following the events of Captain America: Civil War (2016), Peter Parker attempts to balance his life in high school with his career as the web-slinging superhero Spider-Man.

The film stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Michael Keaton as the Vulture, Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan, Zendaya as Michelle, Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, and Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man.

Spider-Man: Homecoming swings into theaters on July 7, 2017.
