Legendary and Universal have announced the release of Warcraft on Digital HD September 13, and Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D, 4K Ultra HD, DVD and On Demand on September 27. Along with the movie are over 90 minutes of special features including a gag reel, Origin Story, and a behind-the-scenes look. Here’s a quick look at what it comes with:

  • Digital Copy of Warcraft (Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D, 4K Ultra HD Exclusive)
  • Deleted / Extended Scenes
  • Gag Reel
  • The World of Warcraft on Film 5 Part Series (Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D, 4K Ultra HD Exclusive)
  • The Fandom of Warcraft

The World of Warcraft on Film is a documentary series that is broken down into 5 parts and will explore a lot of the behind the scenes of Warcraft. Some of the pieces in the documentary are:

  • The World of Talent – a look into the casts’ reaction to being a part of Warcraft plus how they prepared for their roles
  • The World of VFX – a look into how the world of Wacraft was created into live action
  • Outfitting a World – a look into the filmmakers working with Blizzard, and others in creating the weapons and armor in Warcraft
