Dead Rising franchise coming to PS4

We recently reported the rumor about Dead Rising coming to the PS4. Well, it’s time to revisit the mall and go on another 72-hour shopping spree of mayhem and zombiecide. Capcom has just confirmed to Eurogamer that its zombie-killing franchise, Dead Rising, will finally be making its way to PS4. Along with that, Dead Rising 2 and its Off the Record counterpart will also be making their way to the current generation of consoles.

They were still tight lipped about the details, but more details are bound to emerge soon. Rumors of this happening occurred after the trophies for the original game popped up online recently, so it was only a matter of time before we got the official announcement from Capcom.

Personally with Capcom’s track record for making triple packs, I wouldn’t be surprised to see these 3 bundled together for the fans.  The timing for this aligns with the Capcom’s other plans to launch Dead Rising 4 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC later this year.

Dead Rising 4 is scheduled to launch December 6th, 2016.
