And that’s another Star Wars (along with the billion dollar-plus box office) in the can!

Star Wars: Episode VIII has officially wrapped filming. And we have the shimmying stormtroopers to prove it. Mark Hamill posted the following video of the wrap party to his Facebook page to announce the end of the shooting for the currently untitled Episode VIII.

Directed by esteemed auteur (and director of one of my favorite indie films of all time, Brick), Rian Johnson, the next episode in this sci-fi phenomenon will bring back most of the main characters from the recent Force Awakens (<sniff> RIP Han <sniff>), including Hamill as he reprises his character, Luke Skywalker, from the original trilogy. No word yet on when the Ewoks show up.

Star Wars: Episode VIII is scheduled for release on December 15th, 2017.
