If you’re like me, then you probably don’t work out that often. I personally can’t help the fact that I have been gifted with a perfectly honed body (no, I have a resemblance of a trash bag filled with jello) but for those of you that do work out, are planning on working out, or even just want to look at some cool work out stuff while you finish your box of donuts then I have some awesome stuff to show you!

Darebee has tons of fitness blueprints, challenges, and programs. My favorite, however, are the nerd-inspired workouts. They have a whole bunch from all corners of the nerdiverse (I made that up!) with workouts inspired by Game of Thrones, Doctor Who, Marvel, DC, Elder Scrolls, Dragonball Z, Star Wars, Minecraft, I could go on forever!

Nerdy Equipment

Onnit is known for its health and dietary products, but I don’t care about that. What I am drooling over is its latest Marvel Training Equipment. Coming this summer it will be releasing a series of Marvel-inspired training and fitness equipment that they call their “Hero Elite” gear. Just check out its line of Captain America Barbell Plates. The only “plates” I know of are the ones I can eat off of, but these are just glorious. Use these babies to build your physique up to Avenger standards, or Hydra…..

Yeah that didn’t happen to me either. Check out Popworkouts.com! This site finds out the exact workouts that celebrities (Ryan Renolds) use to get buff for the big screen. They a number of different celebrity workouts, like the Ryan Reynolds work out that he used for Deadpool, the Gal Gadot workout for Dawn of Justice, and even the Fight Club workout. Try them out and soon you might be tough enough for your own movie.

Now excuse me while I take my double cheese pizza out of the oven.
