Sign up for beta and learn how to play Elder Scrolls: Legends

What hasn’t the Elder Scrolls franchise done? They did Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, and even an Elder Scrolls online game called, Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited. But now all you digital card game fans can get ready to eat your Hearthstone out.

You can now sign up for the beta for Bethesda’s newest card game, Elder Scrolls: Legends. This digital strategy card game is based on the Elder Scrolls series. You start off with 3 cards and you can put those cards in your designated ‘lanes’. And after each turn, you will gain one magicka. After which, once you gain enough magicka, you can use it either to attack your enemies on the board or the opposing hero. Sounds familiar? If you think this digital card game is reminiscent to Blizzard’s critically acclaimed Hearthstone, then you’re right.

“As a fan of digital strategy card games, I’m especially excited about having people play Legends,” said Pete Hines, Vice President of PR and Marketing at Bethesda Softworks. “We’re looking forward to hearing their feedback and having them help us shape the future of the game.

Sounds like someone is a big fan of Hearthstone or Gwent; Witcher 3’s own in-world digital card game. However, don’t be fooled, my friends. Elder Scrolls: Legends is a little unique. Each lane you put your card in can alter the field of battle. Don’t believe me?

Well, sign up for the beta and continue the fight to Oblivion and beyond.
