Breath of Fire III PSP version coming to PlayStation Network

In a post on Capcom Unity, it’s been confirmed that the PlayStation Portable version of Breath of Fire III will be released next month for the price of $9.99 on the PlayStation Network. This is an interesting choice for Capcom to make since the game never saw a PSP release in North America, even after it was released in English over in Europe in 2006.

The PSP version is a straight port of the PlayStation One version of BoF III with very small changes in terms of texts and some character color schemes. This also means you won’t be able to play the game like BoF IV on your PlayStation 3. Instead you will need to play it on your PlayStation Portable, PlayStation Vita or PlayStation TV.
