Watch 51 minutes of Xenoblade Chronicles X gameplay

Xenoblades Chronicles X is less than a month away from release, and just recently we learned that the game’s world is about 5 times larger than that of even Fallout 4. (That is quite a feat in itself, seeing as the game is developed for the Wii U.)

The team from Polygon has recently uploaded 51 minutes of gameplay footage featuring battles using the game’s mechas known as Skells, as well as using the Skells to explore all five continents of Mira.

The graphics for Xenoblades Chronicles X look spectacular. It’s hard to believe that this game is running on Nintendo Wii U since we’ve yet to see many games  takes advantage of the Wii U’s hardware. With how the game looks from this video, the long wait since the game was announced in 2013 has definitely been worth it.

Xenoblade Chronicles X will be available on the Nintendo Wii U on December 4, 2015, in both North America and Europe.
