Captain America: Civil War trailer to debut before Star Wars: The Force Awakens?

Captain America: Civil War is less than a year away, but we haven’t seen any trailers yet. There was a rumor floating around saying that the trailer will be out on November 6 and attached to James Bond’s SPECTRE, but Collider has quickly debunked that. According to the site, the trailer will be attached to Star Wars: The Force Awakens on December 18th.

It would be smart for Disney since it can promote the next big Marvel movie with the huge Star Wars film. The hype is real, and it would give another reason for Disney to want people to check out its movies. (Not like Star Wars needs the help.)

Also, the Russo Brothers Twitter account (still not sure whether it’s real or not) has tweeted two mysterious photos. The site reports that one of the images could be from an actual classic Star Wars poster.

If the trailer does premiere in front of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, it would definitely be icing on the cake.

Watch Captain America and his team go up against Iron Man and his team in Captain America: Civil War when it hits theaters on May 6, 2016.
