Freddie Mercury S.H. Figuarts will be released in March 2016

We’ve seen Michael Jackson and Daft Punk’s Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter released as S.H. Figuarts, and now we can add another popular musician to the line with Queen’s lead vocalist, Freddie Mercury.

Set to release in March 2016 in Japan, the Freddie Mercury S.H. Figuarts figure will release with swappable facial expressions which are based off of Freddie’s final live performance in 1986. It took hundreds of hours to create the extremely detailed facial features of Mercury down to his wrinkles.

Queen fans will be able to enjoy and pose Freddie in a variety of ways thanks to the range of motion the figuarts line lets you achieve. The figure will retail for 6,480 yen ($54.06) and will be up for pre-order from multiple websites shortly.
