SDCC 2015: All Shapes and Sizes Welcome returns to Comic-Con
Women in the geek world have always been defined by their body types – too tall, too short, too old, “too fat”, especially in the film industry. This has created many problems with self-esteem and body image for many girls and women. Now actress/producer Leah Cevoli (Robot Chicken, Deadwood) has created a panel to pave the road of self-love and empowerment.
The panelists, crafted from actresses, models, writers, cosplayers, musicians, comic book writers and publishers, magazine editors, photographers, entrepreneurs, and more, share their personal struggles with body image and discrimination, and finding their way to acceptance. Check out the details below on their panel.
