Dwyane ‘The Rock’ Johnson to star in movie adaptation of 1980s video game, Rampage

The Rock

Well if this isn’t some crazy news, I don’t know what is. According to Deadline, it looks like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is headed into a movie adaption from the video game classic: Rampage; I told you this is crazy news. The former WWE superstar has been in a lot of blockbuster flicks lately and it looks like he’s not showing any signs of stopping. We don’t know which monster The Rock will be playing in this planned movie but I think all he needs is a dome-shaped helmet, some crimson colored armor, and run around like the Juggernaut because he’s unstoppable at this point in his career.

Rampage

There was recent news that Johnson would be in the remake of Big Trouble in Little China, and he just released San Andreas and Fast and the Furious 7. The Rock has a lot of acting chops under his belt now and it doesn’t look like he’s afraid to take any role that comes at him. As long as the bills are paid and he’s employed, right? I guess you can’t fault a man on that standard.

The Rock will start filming this movie once his prior engagements with Fast and the Furious 8 are completed. Is Rampage something you’re excited for?
