Nerd HQ heads to the New Children’s Museum for San Diego Comic-Con

Zachary Levi and Nerd Machine are teaming up with IGN, AMD, PETROL, and Operation Smile to bring back Nerd HQ to San Diego Comic-Con! They have announced a new home as well as some guests for their ‘Conversations With A Cause’!  Nerd HQ will now be at ‘The New Children’s Museum’ in downtown San Diego for their annual four-day event. This FREE event will have games, photo ops, and celebrity panels for you to enjoy.  With over three floors to play on, fans can enjoy everything NERD.

They will also be having their OPEN FAN DANCE PARTY on Thursday, July 9th and Saturday, July 11th.

Nerd HQ announced:

This year, Nerd HQ is also making it easier for guests to be plugged in to all the fun and excitement by updating the Nerd  HQ App.  Designed to give fans more access than ever before, the Nerd HQ App, powered by IGN, will have a complete schedule of “Conversations for a Cause,” IGN managed Stage events, Parties, Maps and more. Also included within the app will be links to buy tickets for the panels and push notifications that will inform users of special events like the “Smiles for Smiles” photo opportunities and even a hash tag feed for all #NerdHQ posts. Once downloaded and registered at Nerd HQ, guests will receive a collectible Nerd HQ wristband and the Badge of the Nerdolution. Fans will also receive up-to-the-minute news and updates of happenings at Nerd HQ.  They will also be eligible for various exclusive incentives and prizes only available to registered visitors. Direct links to all of Nerd HQ’s various sponsors, as well as one to the donation page for Operation Smile will also be available. The Nerd HQ App can be downloaded for iOS and Android on June 12th, 2015.
