Luke Skywalker to have very small role in Star Wars: The Force Awakens?

Possible spoilers below.

Out of all the films out there, nothing brings out rumors like a good ol’ fashion Star Wars flick. With the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens, there have been many of them including what happened to Luke Skywalker, and why Rey is on a mission to find him. MakingStarWars.net has compiled information from all the rumors they have received, and what we have is a fun read of the rumored plotline that may or may not be true.

One interesting thing during the read is that there are barely any interactions with Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker. If true, that means we’ll only be seeing him at the end of the film, like a big cliffhanger.

The Falcon lands on a rocky island in the middle of the sea. Rey walks up a set of old stone steps carved into the mountain. She comes up to a hooded figure in a stone hut, and puts the lightsaber in his hand.

It’s Luke Skywalker.

The End.

If this is indeed the case, would you be sad that we are only getting a small dose of Luke? Let’s hope we’ll get more of him with Episode VIII.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters on December 18, 2015.
