Avengers: Age of Ultron didn’t beat the opening weekend for the first Avengers film (You can thank the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight for taking millions of viewers away), but that doesn’t mean it’s not doing well. For the second week in a row, the film has become the #1 movie.

Age of Ultron opened to $191 million but dropped 59.6% on its second weekend domestically. That gives it a $77.2 million. It still is the second highest earner for a second weekend gross. (The first highest is the first film, with the third highest belonging to Avatar.)

The international crowd pitched in $65 million, making the total weekend gross to be $142.2 million.

The film has grossed a total of $875.3 million worldwide since it premiered. This year Furious 7 was able to hit a billion dollars in just 17 days.

The Avengers sequel hasn’t opened in Japan and China yet, so expect more numbers.
