Aaron Taylor-Johnson says Scarlet Witch is important to Quicksilver in Avengers: Age of Ultron
With Quicksilver already making an appearance in Bryan Singer’s X-Men: Days of Future Past, fans have been wondering what kind of Quicksilver they’ll be seeing in Joss Whedon’s Avengers: Age of Ultron. During an interview with IGN, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, who plays Quicksilver, gets asked about the differences between the two.
The main thing he talks about is the relationship between Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, and how that’s an important part of the character. Check out the interview video below.
When Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) jumpstarts a dormant peacekeeping program, things go terribly awry, forcing him, Thor (Chris Hemsworth), the Incredible Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and the rest of the Avengers to reassemble. As the fate of Earth hangs in the balance, the team is put to the ultimate test as they battle Ultron (James Spader), a technological terror hell-bent on human extinction. Along the way, they encounter two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Pietro and Wanda Maximoff.
Avengers: Age of Ultron hits theaters on May 1, 2015.
