Joss Whedon condemns Jurassic World clip for being ‘sexist’

A new clip for Jurassic World has been released, and it features Bryce Dallas Howard as Claire Dearing and Chris Pratt as Owen Grady. The clip has Claire trying to recruit Owen because of his expertise with raptors. Owen uses this opportunity to make fun of Claire for being uptight.

Well, who knew a clip can cause such an outrage. The Mary Sue, a site known for fighting for the feminists, was busy ogling at Pratt to be distracted by the dialogue. However, Avengers: Age of Ultron director Joss Whedon isn’t too happy about the clip below.

He didn’t like the fact that Pratt’s character is laid back and Howard’s character is a stiff.
