X-Men: Apocalypse gets Archangel concept art and casting confirmation

A concept picture of Angel with metal wings has been tweeted and it looks amazing. So does this mean he’ll end up as one of the Horsemen of Apocalypse? No official word yet but if you’ve read the comics, Archangel is one of the Horseman. Also this confirms the casting of Ben Hardy as Warren Worthington III.

Empire also asked Bryan Singer about Angel. This is what he said:

Ben Hardy is Angel – I shall confirm it for you! But he’s not a very nice Angel! And that’s all I’ll say…

If what he’s teasing is true then we may not see Angel in the movie but Archangel, who is the Horseman, Death.

X-Men: Apocalypse is out May 19, 2016.
