Marvel confirms Russo brothers to direct Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 and 2

Well, it’s official. Marvel Studios has confirmed that Joe and Anthony Russo will be directing Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 and Part 2.

It has been rumored before that the brothers would be directing the big Avengers movies after Age of Ultron, since Marvel was really happy with the way they directed Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Don’t forget that the brothers will also be helming Captain America: Civil War.

Not bad for directors who started off with directing TV shows like Community.

Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 hits theaters on May 4, 2018, with Part 2 coming May 3, 2019.
