Game of Thrones Season 5 trailer is here

It’s almost time for Game of Thrones to return to us. The show has been teasing fans with short video clips here and there, and now we have a new trailer for the return of Season 5 (the quality isn’t a direct feed). Fans that attended the Imax screening of the last two episodes of Season 4 were treated to a preview, and now you can see it for yourself.

In the trailer we get to see Tyrion after escaping King’s Landing complete with a beard, Cersei whining about Tyrion escaping, Daenerys Targaryen wanting destruction, Varys planning on making Daenerys the ruler of the 7 kingdoms, and more.

Game of Thrones Season 5 premieres on April 12th at 9 p.m. PT/ET on HBO.
