Fantastic Four reboot to have ‘expensive reshoots’?

Ultimate-Fantastic-Four-Movie-Cast-2015-570x320

There are many news and rumors surrounding the drama of the Fantastic Four reboot. We have a report saying that director Josh Trank is trashing the set, and then there are the fans mad about the casting of the Fantastic Four team, especially Michael B. Jordan as Johnny Storm. The one nice news to come out of this recently was producer Matthew Vaughn saying that the movie is good. Now we have a new report coming from Bleeding Cool talking about how Fox isn’t pleased with the reboot and is demanding “expensive reshoots.” Who to believe?

The site claims that Fox isn’t too happy with production, with some saying the movie is more like “Chronicle 2 rather than Fantastic 4.” Wow, that’s pretty brutal. If that’s not enough, it’s also reported that a “well-connected senior executive” said the movie is a “mess,” and there’s a “major disquiet” at Fox for how the movie is shaping up. If this is true, that would mean Fox is planning to do expensive reshoots, with the location being Louisiana.

If this is the case, this would likely be the reason why there are no promotional materials available for the movie, since it’s coming out on August 7, 2015.
