Kirkman has been developing the Outcast show with FOX International Channels (FIC) while also developing the comic book series for Image Comics. The first issue of the comic was released in June of this year, with the second issue debuting at San Diego Comic-Con.
Outcast will be Kirkman’s first time penning a pilot and follows Kyle Barnes, a “special” young man who has been haunted by demonic possessions since childhood. As a man, he is now on a journey to uncover the truth about the possessions, which might lead to the end of life on Earth.
