Arsenal joins Arrow in season 3

Entertainment Weekly has posted picture of what they claim to be Arsenal, but to me and many of the NR folks that watch Arrow, it looks more like Red Arrow. Just seeing a new hero introduced to the Arrow universe is getting me excited for the new season.

In our discussion of whether he is Red Arrow or Arsenal, I theorize that he will be Red Arrow for an episode or two then he will become Arsenal after something bad happens to him. If you have read the comic books you know what happens that changes him from Red Arrow to Arsenal.
