Celica A. Mercury and Lambda-11 being added to BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma

So it looks like Arc Systems Work has a few more surprises in store for fans of the arcade version of BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma. Famitsu reports that a new update, which is due to later in the Fall, will include two new playable characters.

Lambda-11 will return and have a few changes made to her arsenal, but will still wreak havoc on her opponents from the opposite side of the screen.

Celica A. Mercury also joins the battle. She is the Konoe’s (Nine) younger sister, Jubei‘s sister-in-law, and Kokonoe‘s aunt who specializes in healing magic. She has very few fighting moves but has “fundamental tools”. She is partnered up with Ex Machina: Minerva, which Kokonoe created using notes from Konoe and Relius Clover. She is recommended for beginners.

No word on when the two will be playable for consoles.
