Whether you like it or not, your PS3 and Xbox 360 are on borrowed time now. Sure they’ll be participating in future releases such as Watch Dogs, Destiny, and even Dragon Age:Inquistion, but how long can you stare at those last-gen graphics? How long will you wait as potentially fantastic games like Evolution and Witcher 3 bring glory to the next-gen revolution?

Dragon Age: Inquisition is a cross-gen game whose next-gen version touts extra power behind its creation. With huge areas that also boast details such as reflections in puddles, and sunlight hindered by sky-traveling birds, there are definitely things in the trailer below that can’t be done on the last generation of consoles.

The visual wonder starts to kick in a little past the intro, but what do you think about the differences between the generations thus far? Is it enough to sway you, or are you still waiting to be awestruck?

Dragon Age: Inquisition is set to release sometime later this year on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, and PC.
