Final Fantasy VI out on Android devices

Once released as Final Fantasy III, Final Fantasy VI has finally made its way to Android devices. Square Enix has given the game a new look with new features including faster pop-up menus, quick character changing, new character portraits, text and unlockable achievements.

I love the new character portraits and some of the graphical changes Square Enix made to the game, but I just can’t get past the character sprites in the game which look flat and make the characters not look as good as their 16-bit counterparts.

Aside from my small gripe about sprites, Final Fantasy VI is an amazing game with a great story, tons of content including characters and side quests for everyone. It is currently available on the Google Play store for $15.99
