Best Buy’s ULTIMATE GAMERS SHOWDOWN Madden Tournament could win you a $1,500 gift card!

ps4-cover-madden-25If you’re a fan of Madden then this should be right up your alley. Best Buy is hosting the largest Madden tournament this year, all on the sleek new Sony PlayStation 4, and it is starting this Monday December 2nd. Gamers across the U.S.A. will have the opportunity to compete in Madden NFL 25 at select Best Buy stores. The 64-person single player elimination will be in several cities with the finals taking place at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas, on Monday, December 16. With a mix of professional gamers and professional athlete like Brandon Jacobs of the New York Giants, Mario Manningham of the San Fransisco Giants and Dez Bryant of the Dallas Cowboysm, the finals are going to be a blast.

Let’s get into some details of the tournament.

Anyone 18 years or older can register on the day of the event (except Alabama and Nebraska residents who must be 19 or older), but it is first-come first-server. The winner in each market receives a $1,000 Best Buy gift card and a trip for two to Dallas to compete in the finals. The runner-up in each market will receive a $500 Best Buy gift card. During the finals, at the world famous AT&T stadium, the contestant who wins it all will receive a $1,500 Best Buy gift card! If that doesn’t get you exited to play some Madden then you should check your pulse.

During the store events anyone can come by to watch the tournament, cheer on their friends, witness play-by-play commentary by professional shout casters, and meet pro gamers. And just because you don’t play Madden doesn’t mean you can’t win anything on the days of the tournament. Customers can enter for a chance to wind Best Buy gift cards, games, and brand new consoles.
