Persona 5 coming Winter 2014 on the PlayStation 3

Persona 5 has been officially announced for release on PlayStation 3 in Japan next Winter, as it was one of the expected announcements from the Atlus/Persona countdown event. Not much was shown, except for a row of chairs and shackles and the phrase, “You are a slave. Want emancipation?”

For fans in North America and Europe, we’ll just have to wait for Atlus USA to officially make an announcement, but we know the game will be making it over. It’s more just a matter of when, so we’re speculating sometime between Winter 2014 and 2015.
