Kevin Conroy will be in Batman: Arkham Origins

Update: Kevin Conroy posted on his Twitter that he is going to be in the next Arkham game after Arkham Origins. The post has since been removed.

It was previously reported by NAG Magazine that Kevin Conroy was not going to voice Batman in the Batman: Arkham Origins game. The reasoning behind this was that Warner Bros. Interactive wanted to go with a younger actor for a younger Batman. Well, it looks like the report may be incorrect, since Kevin Conroy has announced at Dallas Comic Con that he has been working on the game for around nine to ten months. He didn’t confirm whether he’ll be playing Batman, but I’m pretty sure we can assume so, since it would be blasphemous if he’s in the game and NOT be Batman.

Conroy talks about Batman: Arkham Origins in the first three minutes.

Kevin Conroy can be recently heard as Batman in Injustice: Gods Among Us and in the upcoming DC Animated Movie, Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox.

Batman: Arkham Origins will be available worldwide on October 25, 2013, for Xbox 360, PS3, PC and Wii U.
