Last year, gamers weren’t able to get their yearly dose of Blizzcon, Blizzard’s regular convention, on account of the company having a ton of projects being worked on. However, with Diablo III out the door, Mists of Pandaria available for consumers, and Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm being released very soon, Blizzard is finally going to have some time to put out one of the most entertaining spectacles one can take part in.

Blizzcon 2013 is currently scheduled to take place November 8 and 9, and will be held in Blizzard’s favorite venue, Anaheim Convention Center. Activities will include hands-on time with all of Blizzard’s titles, eSports tournaments, panels with developers, contests, and more. And you can also expect Blizzard to invite a special guest band to perform at the venue as well (2011 saw The Foo Fighters giving an outstanding performance).

More details will be made available in the coming months on the official Blizzcon website, including ticket availability and pricing. You may also want to start checking out hotels now, because everything within a five mile radius is almostĀ guaranteedĀ to be filled up long before November.
