Otakon has announced T.M. Revolution as musical guest

TM Revolution

Today Otakon announced that T.M. Revolution will be returning to Otakon as a musical guest. He held his US debut at Otakon ten years ago in 2003, so it’s nice to see him returning. T.M. Revolution, (whose real name is Takanori Nishikawa) is a well known anime singer, having performed songs for Darker than Black, D. Grayman, Sengoku Basara, Rurouni Kenshin, and Mobile Suit Gundam Seed. One of his side projects is as the front man for the rock band Abingdon School Boys, who performed the first opening for Sengoku Basara, amongst other anime.

Here’s a sample of some of his more recognizable songs:

Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Opening 1 / Invoke (and coincidentally my favorite T.M. Revolution song)
