Street Fighter X Tekken 2013 version coming via patch

Capcom had a special panel during New York Comic Con, with fans probably expecting a new Darkstalkers title. They were instead treated with “Darkstalkers Resurrection.”

That wasn’t all though. While Street Fighter x Tekken will be released for the PlayStation Vita later this month, Ono announced on his Twitter that a 2013 patch will be released for the game sometime after the Vita release.

While Street Fighter x Tekken has lost a lot of interest in the gaming community after EVO 2012, a patch might just be what this game needs. After Street Fighter Arcade Edition was patched to the 2012 version, it gained a lot more attention and players returned worldwide.
