Armored Core 5 Brings a Rain of Mechanized Death in March on PS3, Xbox 360

It’s about to be five years since we’d last seen Armored Core on the video game scene. So, I’m sure the mech-lovers out there will breathe a sigh of relief knowing that It has just been announced that the 5th installment of the Armored Core series is to be released on North American shores on March 20th and March 23rd for Europe. Pre-ordering from Gamestop will net you the “Heavy Assault Pack”, which includes extra parts and weapons.

Armored Core 5 is a third-person action game that pits you in the seat of a large mech, asking you to take on a hoard of enemies by yourself. If you’re feeling a bit too lonely though, there will be online play as well.

It is developed by From Software and to be published by Namco Bandai for PS3 and Xbox 360.
