New Trailer for Cartoon Network’s ‘Green Lantern: The Animated Series’
Cartoon Network recently released a promotional trailer for their upcoming Green Lantern: The Animated Series. Say what you will about the movie, but this looks like it will stay true to the story of the comics. Produced by artist Bruce Timm (Known for his work on Batman: The Animated Series), this could be a fun series that will be able to follow the War of light story arc effectively.
My only complaint will have to be the animation. This looks to be on par with the animation used in Beast Wars and that show came out fifteen years ago. But if Bruce Timm is producing it, then I have confidence that the story will be awesome. Apparently Freddy Kruegar himself, Robert Englund will lend his voice as Hector Hammond. What do you all think? Think this will shine bright or will it just flicker?
Green Lantern: The Animated Series is set to premiere in Fall 2011.
