Real Steel Theatrical Trailer: A Father, Son and Robot Tale

We’ve got two big robot movies this year, the first one being Transformers: Dark of the Moon, and the second one being Real Steel. One movie has robots duking it out, causing cities to be demolished, the other has robots duking it out in the boxing ring.

The movie will depend on whether you like to see giant-sized Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em-like robots beating the crap out of each other, because we all know you’re not watching for the heartwarming tale of a father trying to reconnect with his son. But maybe you like to watch it just to see Hugh Jackman in action… away from action.

Real Steel knocks out theaters on October 7, 2011 and is directed by Shawn Levy (Night at the Museum, Date Night) starring Hugh Jackman and Evangeline Lilly.
