PS3 Version of Mass Effect 2 Will Have an Interactive Comic and DLC but no Mass Effect 1

In January 2011, Mass Effect 2 will finally be released onto the PS3, which is almost exactly one year after it launched on the Xbox and PC. A lot of people were wondering what would be included with it, and if Mass Effect 1 was being ported as well. What we can tell you is this, the PS3 version of Mass Effect 2 will have all of the DLC that has been released so far. That means PS3 owners get Lair of the Shadow Broker, Project Overlord, Kasumi: Stolen Memory and the Blood Dragon Armor packs. Those who buy the game new and not used will gain access to the Cerberus Network, which gives even more free DLC like the character Zaeed and his missions. All of the DLC missions adds at least 6-8 hours more of gameplay and are definitely worth the money for those that have ME2 on Xbox. Mass Effect 1 will not be included, but it will instead have an interactive comic by Dark Horse, that will assist players in getting them up to speed on what has happened so far. I know that’s nowhere close to comparing to Mass Effect 1, but it’s better than nothing.
