Halo: Reach Premiere Party Coming to New York and Seattle Sept. 13

Attention Halo fans! If you live near New York City and Seattle, Washington, you owe it to yourself to check out the Halo Launch event.

The event in New York City’s Time Square will be held at the Best Buy Theater and will be “the main” Halo: Reach event. Best Buy is predicting that the Halo: Reach event will even top the previous Halo events. Fans attending will get to be the first to play the game before it goes on sale after midnight on September 14, win special Halo-themed prizes, meet the creators of the Halo universe, and watch a surprise musical performance.

For those near Seattle, they’ll get to meet the developers from Bungie and 343 Industries at the Experience Music Project | Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame. They’ll also get to play early and compete in tournaments to win prizes.

If you don’t live near these cities, don’t worry, because a lot of major retailers will be doing their own launch event parties too.

Also, if you’re a fan of Chuck, be sure to check out TheWB.com to watch the webisodes starring Jeff (Scott Krinksy) and Lester (Vik Sahay), who’s on a journey to find a copy of Halo: Reach.
